How can I find out the telephone account number and the booking number that I need to state as the “reason for payment”?
Your relative / acquaintance in prison can provide you with the seven-digit telephone account number and the booking number.
How can I find out the tariffs of the telephone system used by my relative / acquaintance in prison?
Your relative / acquaintance in prison and the prison officers can provide you with the tariffs.
Are there any limitations on deposits?
There may be limitations on deposits, so please ask the prison or your relative / acquaintance if there are particular regulations in this regard before making any payments.
